“Uncharted,” starring Tom Holland and Mark Wahlberg, remained the highest-grossing film in U.S. theaters this weekend, taking in $23.3 million, according to industry estimates.
The Sony Pictures film lost just 46% compared to its $44 million debut. In two weeks it has accumulated 83.4 million dollars in theaters in the United States and Canada.
“Uncharted,” which cost $120 million to produce, was also a hit internationally, grossing $58.3 million, bringing the total overseas so far to $226.4 million.
In second place was “Dog”, with the performance of Channing Tatum. The MGM film declined just 32% and grossed $10.1 million in its second weekend in theaters.
In third place was “Spider-Man: No Way Home” with 5.8 million dollars.
