Jennifer Lopez still can’t find an owner for the beautiful penthouse she owns in Manhattan and has been selling for several years.

Singer Jennifer Lopez, 54, decided to relaunch for sale the beautiful penthouse she owns in the Manhattan area and for which she intended to receive $27 million dollars in October 2017.

Far from increasing its value in this time, the property has done nothing but decrease it, as by March 2019 it was already at $25 million and now it does so for $24.99 million.

Despite the fact that the last reduction is really minimal, what is striking is the Bronx Diva’s insistence on wanting to sell it at that price, as she has been wanting to sell it for more than 4 years and the market is not interested in it.

The penthouse, for which she paid $20.16 million dollars in 2014 and which covers the 5th and 6th floors, is located inside a building built in 1924.

It has an interior expanse of 6,540 square feet and four terraces measuring a combined 3,106 square feet.

In its interiors it has four bedrooms, six full bathrooms, two half bathrooms, foyer, kitchen, dining room, dining room, living room, main living room, TV room, office, wine cellar, laundry room, among other rooms.

The kitchen is quite spacious and open. It is equipped with a white pantry, with high-end appliances, with a central island that can function for food preparation, but also as a breakfast area.

The master bedroom has room for a king size bed and a sitting area. It also has a very large walk-in closet, access to a terrace, as well as a bathroom with vanity, shower and walk-in shower.

Outside there is more than enough space to place various garden furniture and a barbecue area.

The location of the penthouse is enviable, as it has a direct view of Madison Square Park, which gives it a plus with respect to its points against, such as the lack of pool, garage and privacy.
