The nominees for the “Latin AMAs” 2022 will be announced on March 3.

Miami.- The edition of  the “Latin American Music Awards” will be held on April 21 from the Mandalay Resort in Las Vegas.

The event will pay tribute to today’s most influential and iconic Latin artists, as voted by fans in the same tradition as the “American Music Awards”, the award with the largest number of voting fans in the world.

The nominees for the “Latin AMAs” 2022 will be announced on March 3.

The “Latin AMAs” – different from last year – will have “an in-person audience, following all health and safety protocols, ” the statement added.

Last year ‘s edition of the “Latin AMAs” featured performances by Ana Bárbara, Carrie Underwood, Maluma, Prince Royce and Ricky Martin, among others, reaching a total audience of 3.3M viewers. 

Among the winners stood out:  Bad Bunny, Karol G, Nicky Minaj, Christian Nodal, Prince Royce and Shakira. 

Telemundo will broadcast the ceremony live beginning with the red carpet at 7pm/6c one hour before the award ceremony.

Last year’s edition of the “Latin AMAs” included performances by Ana Bárbara, Carrie Underwood, Maluma, Prince Royce and Ricky Martin, among others, reaching a total audience of 3.3 million viewers.

The winners of the renowned ceremony included Bad Bunny, Karol G, Nicky Minaj, Christian Nodal, Prince Royce and Shakira.

The show set a record of 42.4 million interactions across TV, social and digital platforms, and was the most social show on all of television that day.
