Doja Cat opens a new era with her music video ‘Attention’.
Doja Cat has officially entered her new era with “Attention,” the lead single from her upcoming album.

In the song, Doja flaunts her intimate side with the following lyrics:”(Love me) It needs, it seeks affection/ (So sweet) Hungry, it fiends attention/ (Hungry) It needs, it seeks affection/ (Baby) Hungry, it fiends (Yeah, yeah).”
Last month, Doja revealed that her upcoming album will be titled “First of All” instead of “hEllMoUth,” as she had previously stated in April. “Maybe I’ll just play around with everyone and give them a full spin,” Doja told TIME in an interview at the time. “But I like the idea of Hellmouth because it sounds cool. And it’s provocative.”
In May, she also talked about her previous albums and how they would compare to her upcoming music. “Planet Her and Hot Pink were strategies to get money and you guys fell for it. Now I can disappear somewhere and enjoy contact with nature with my loved ones on an island while you guys cry about mediocre pop,” she tweeted at the time.
“Attention” via Kemosabe Records / RCA Records. The music video was directed and filmed in Los Angeles last month by award-winning director, Tanu Muino (Harry Styles / Cardi B) and made its world premiere on MTV Live, MTVU, MTV Biggest Pop and across MTV’s global network of channels, as well as on billboards in Paramount Times Square. This is Doja Cat’s first new song, after she broke into the charts with her song, Vegas.
Most recently, Doja Cat appeared alongside her label mate, SZA, on the remix of her #1 Hot 100 song, Kill Bill. On the remix version, Doja received high praise for opening the song with a rough rap verse, followed by SZA’s original chorus; Billboard proclaimed … Doja’s inclusion on the song injects a new emotion: the superstar opens the remix with a detailed rap narration". She was also named one of TIME100’s Most Influential People of 2023, where she appeared on the cover of one of TIME magazine’s four global April issues, in addition to being recognized as an honoree and performing at the exclusive TIME100 Gala.
