Colombian singer Shakira put her North Bay Road Drive mansion on the market in Miami for a sum of $15.9 million.
The singer has no interest in keeping the property for some years, since she resides permanently in Barcelona, together with the Catalan footballer Gerard Piqué and his sons Milan and Sasha.
In 2018, the Barranquilla put the house up for sale in 2018 for 12 million dollars, but had no luck. Now, he has re-launched the property on the real estate market with a larger sum and has tasked his brother Antonio Mebarak, who recently obtained a real estate license, with searching for buyers.
The mansion has 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, and a living area of 847 m². In addition, it has a large and modern kitchen, a huge outdoor pool with a plank floor and palm trees, an equipped gym, as well as a private dock with 30 meters of access to Biscayne Bay from Miami Beach.
The house is designed with the usual flair of the singer’s properties, generally elegant, minimalist and predominantly white, and has two separate wings, offering great privacy.
