Shakira went on vacation to Costa Rica with her children, but she was not alone. Hola! magazine reveals who would have been her companion these days, who would have even received her in a residence that this person has in those lands.
New details have come to light about the vacation that Shakira took these days in Costa Rica with her sons Milan (10 years old) and Sasha (8).
The Colombian’s trip to the Central American country comes at the same time that her ex Gerard Piqué attended the wedding of his brother Marc in Barcelona, who married Maria Valls last Friday, June 23.
The Catalan attended the ceremony with his girlfriend Clara Chia Marti, with whom he danced animatedly at the party, according to images that have been spread on social networks in recent hours.
Shakira reportedly stayed at a famous friend’s house in Costa Rica
While the former soccer player enjoyed the party with his girlfriend, Shakira also had a great time during her vacation in Costa Rica.
According to an article published by Hola! on June 23, the singer stayed at the house that her friend Gisele Bündchen has in Santa Teresa de Cóbano, Costa Rica, considered one of the best beaches in the world.
According to the magazine’s website, Shakira would meet there with the famous model and they would spend days together.
“Milan and Sasha will also have company, as they will share games and activities with Benjamin Rein (13) and Vivian Lake (10), the two children of the top model”, says the publication.
The Brazilian and the Colombian have been friends for a long time. In fact, media such as the Daily Mail reported that the two went to lunch together with their children at the Makoto restaurant in Miami in mid-May.
Paparazzi photos captured them leaving the place separately. The two are linked by a failed love story with sportsmen.
While Shakira announced her separation from ex-footballer Gerard Piqué in June 2022, Gisele Bündchen split from NFL star Tom Brady in October of that year.
“She is a very true person, very heartfelt; a strong person, but very simple at the same time,” the model said about the singer in previous statements and retrieved by Hola!
“I am Shakira’s number 1 fan. I met her at the Copa and I always liked her music because it is very Latin music, from the heart, from the soul,” she expressed.
Details of Shakira’s trip to Costa Rica
Since last Thursday, June 22, the EFE news agency confirmed that the singer was in Costa Rican soil with her children.
It reported that the television channel Teletica published on its social networks images of the artist Shakira leaving a hotel in San José before heading to take a flight to the Pacific beaches of the country, presumably to meet at Gisele Bündchen’s house.
The Immigration Department also confirmed the singer’s entry into the country to the press. Shakira arrived in Costa Rica on Wednesday 21 and that day she took pictures with a little girl in the restaurant of the hotel where she stayed.
Sussy Solano, mother of the girl, commented to Teletica that the minor “approached her and Shakira received her very kindly, put her on her lap and asked her youngest son if she could take their picture”.
Journalist Glenda Umaña, CNN, also told in a video on her Instagram account that she saw Shakira.
“We are here in Costa Rica, in the hotel… I’m not going to say which one, and we just saw Shakira pass by with her children (…) I chased her, but she’s gone,” she recounted.
Shakira had visited Costa Rica on two previous occasions to perform in concert, the last one in 2011.
