Singer Britney Spears, 40, decided to put up for sale the penthouse she owns in Destin, Florida.
The property, which she has owned since 2001, was put on the market for $2 million dollars, a figure much higher than what she paid in 2001.
According to the New York Post, which was the medium that released the news, the “Princess of Pop” paid $920,000 for the property, so she will make a large profit if she sells it at the price she aims to. The apartment, located inside the Regency Towers, has an area of 3,648 square feet, with three bedrooms, three full bathrooms and one half bathroom.
It also has a hall, a kitchen, a dining room, a dining room, a living room, a main room, a piano room, a laundry room, balconies with impressive views of the sea, among other rooms. The kitchen is semi-closed and not very spacious. It’s outfitted with off-white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and still has room for a small breakfast area.
