Ram has several trucks that have managed to position themselves in the automotive market over the years. Competition is not easy with the Ford F-150, one of the most popular models in the industry. However, the variants of the brand owned by the Stellantis Group also have arguments to fight.

Ram brings to the market a more than interesting truck through the 2023 2500 heavy Duty Rebel and its two engine options

Now, looking to the future, one of those trucks that could make itself felt may be the 2023 Ram 2500 Heavy Duty Rebel, which has been presented by the company with two powerful engines as its main card.

Two variants of power unit, one powered by gasoline and one by diesel, show off all the power that a truck of this style should have. The first one offers 410 horsepower while the second does the same with 370 horsepower.

The gasoline-powered engine generates 429 pound-feet of torque and the diesel-powered engine puts out 850 pound-feet of torque, both with a towing capacity of 16,780 pounds and a payload of 3,140 pounds.

“Ram Heavy Duty Rebel buyers will enjoy that the latest addition to our versatile lineup offers a blend of off-road performance without having to sacrifice capability. Ram has a deep, rich and strong history of the most capable off-road trucks, and the new 2023 Heavy Duty Rebel builds on that history while offering segment benchmarks in comfort, luxury materials, innovation and technology,” said Mike Koval Jr., CEO of the brand, through an official statement.
