After the death of José Ángel García Huerta, who lost his life at age 70 due to complications derived from his pulmonary fibrosis, various personalities of the show extended their condolences and lamented the departure of the famous stage director and father of today’s Hollywood star Gael García Bernal. And is that the actor, who worked many years for the company Televisa, and whose last project was the popular program The rose of Guadalupe, lost his life away from the contact of his children, and joined his wife Bella de la Vega.
The actress also caused controversy and was harshly criticized for having taken a couple of photographs next to the body of the deceased director at his wake, after which he deleted the images apologizing, as he received multiple criticisms of what many of his followers considered an act “out of place”.
“Watching over the man I have loved the most in my life. Thank you José Ángel García Huerta for all your infinite love for me. I love you”wrote the dancer. In the pictures, which were taken on Saturday, January 23, Bella poses next to the open casket.

In a few minutes, dozens of users criticized the publication, and accused the also model of being disrespectful and insensitive. Among the comments, he highlighted that of a niece of José Ángel García, who reproached him for having shared such intimate content. “Hello Bella, I see the kind of intimate and morbid photographs that you are publishing, you should contemplate having respect for your children and your family. I don’t know if my uncle asked you to do these kinds of posts. Hopefully you would reflect on respect ”, he pointed out.
In this regard, this weekend, José Emilio, youngest son of the also producer, shared with the press about the memory of his father. The young man gave a few words outside the wake where he fired the actor and showed that what was done by Bella de la Vega was a “totally inadmissible” act. He was blunt when he pointed out that, contrary to what the widow said and knowing her father, he would not have liked photos to be taken with her body:

“I already saw their selfies and I did not agree with that so much and yes, I already saw them … and I am not this person to decide what to do and everything, but I knew my father and I I really think that he would not have liked all that at all”, He expressed and also compared Bella’s behavior with that of her mother Karla Ríos, who was José Ángel’s second wife:

“I don’t know how long Mrs. de la Vega (and my dad) were dating, but I don’t think it was more than two years to be (compared to) the more than 20 years that she was with my mom, and my mom was never like what she’s doing, she would never take one selfie with my dad’s corpse”, said.
For her part, Bella also offered a few words to reporters and apologized for having published the controversial photographs, although she argued that the fact was part of the actor’s last wish.

And continued: “Also thinking about what he told me: ‘you do this’, you take a photo and upload it to Facebook, with me and you and me together, it will be our last photo together, then thinking all that as it came together in my mind and that’s why I did it, I again ask for an apology and I apologize if someone was offended”, ended.
