‘Sálvame’ has surprised its viewers this afternoon with a real bombshell news with the ‘Pantoja clan’ as the protagonist. And it is that, according to Gema López, the artist has decided to modify her will and leave her two children out of it, Kiko Rivera and Isa Pi. Information that directly shakes the foundations of a family that day in and day out makes headlines in the gossip press.
As the collaborator of the Telecinco space explains, Isabel Pantoja has met with her lawyers in Medina-Sidonia, in Cádiz, to change her will and name her brother, Agustín Pantoja, as the only heir. “She has used the Civil Code and there is an argument that she has left in writing that supports the Civil Code and that would be the psychological abuse to which she has been subjected,” says Gema López. “In the case of her son, Kiko Rivera, the serious insults continued and with publicity,” she adds.
The surprising news of the modification of the tonadillera’s will comes just a few hours after learning that her daughter, Isa Pantoja, has gone to Cantora to find out how her mother is after facing justice again for a punishable crime of insolvency.
The forgiveness of Kiko Rivera?
Although Isabel Pantoja can modify the will again as many times as she deems appropriate, Gema López maintains that, in the case of wanting to include Kiko Rivera again, “it would be necessary for the DJ before that same notary, to ask her mother for forgiveness in writing.”
There is also the possibility that your children will appeal the will once their mother has passed away. “It would be the children who have to resort and that would imply a legal battle with the heir, who would have to prove that psychological abuse and serious and justified injuries have indeed existed,” says the journalist.
