In 2021, the rapper’s truck received more than 100 gunshot wounds in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Dolph, whose real name is Adolf Robert Thornton, Jr, is known for songs like Major and On the River . His first album King of Memphis was released in 2016 and since then he has managed to add six more productions, all with great success in the rap industry. Several artists, such as fellow rapper and producer Quavo, have expressed sadness at the news of his murder. “Curse. This hurts. Rest in peace, Dolph ”, he wrote on his Twitter account.
