The procession to the Chapel of St. George for the funeral will be led by the band of the Grenadier Guards.

And it will be followed by the heads of the military high command, including the Chief of Defense Staff, Nicholas Carter, and First Admiral Tony Radakin.

The latter, after the death of Prince Philip, paid tribute to the duke’s naval career and stated that “he was one of us”.

Also in the procession will be Brigadier Archie Miller Bakewell, a personal protection officer.

Two escorts and a couple of personal assistants will accompany him in a vehicle from the British brand Land Rover.

Bakewell was Prince Philip’s private secretary and right-hand man for over a decade, and began working with him in 2010.

The dean of Windsor Chapel, the Reverend David Conner, will officiate at the funeral.

The other expected attendees will be four singers who will perform musical themes that were to the Duke’s taste.
