During a virtual appearance on the February 19 talk show Loose Women, the Baywatch actress conducted the interview from her bed , while still under the covers with her new husband Dan Hayhurst .
Pamela Anderson surprised viewers of a British television show on Friday (19) by connecting for a video call interview while lying on a bed next to her husband, Dan Hayhurst.
“We haven’t left the bed since the Christmas holiday,” the 53-year-old said playfully to the presenters of ‘Loose Women’, before explaining that she had met Hayhurst at the very residence they are living in – a Vancouver mansion, in Canada, which Anderson bought from his grandparents 25 years ago. “It was on this property. He was working here and I was stuck here during the Covid-19 pandemic; there we were together.”
“I’ve been at home for a year and a half, renovating,” added the ‘SOS Malibu’ artist. “It’s a beautiful property. And Dan and his kids are living here, too. We’re having fun.”
The residence was also the location chosen by Pamela Anderson and Hayhurst to exchange their wedding vows last January. The ceremony was attended only by the bride and groom, a pastor and a witness. “We prefer to be alone, but it would have been nice to have some people here,” admitted Anderson at ‘Loose Women’.
In the interview, Hayhurst also commented on what made him and his wife fall in love with each other. “I didn’t resist and she didn’t resist me? I’ll show you under the covers, if you want”, he joked.
Pamela Anderson said he is sure he has found his soul mate. “Well, he’s a good guy. He’s the kind of guy I would have known if I hadn’t gone crazy,” he said. “It’s nice to be with a real man who can really change a light bulb. He’s useful. It’s the new thing.”
