This Easter weekend is celebrated in London on Star Wars Celebration 2023 and, as part of the annual event, Disney and Lucasfilm have just revealed when the Ahsoka series will begin streaming on Disney+.
The series premiere, which connects with the events of the second season of The Mandalorian and with the Star Wars Rebels animated series, will arrive in August and was released via the series’ first trailer. In the clip, we revisit Rosario Dawson’s character and even reveal some of the enemies (and what appear to be Sith warriors) she’ll face during the series, as well as some old friends, such as Sabine Wren, Hera Syndulla or the astromech droid Chopper. Although the most anticipated return by fans is, in addition to Anakin Skywalker’s former Padawan, the return of the villain par excellence of Rebels and the novels, Grand Admiral thrown.
