A grand jury has indicted Keith Melvin Moses on 16 counts, including three counts of first-degree capital murder with a firearm, for his role in the Feb. 22 mass shooting in Pine Hills that claimed the life of three innocent people and seriously injured two others.
The indictment took place last Thursday, more than a month after the shooting and more than a month after the charges were filed.

According to a press release, the review committee for the capital case will meet in the coming weeks and then make its recommendation for final review in Worrell.
