More than 12,000 people turned out for the Salon de la jeunesse this Thursday on its opening day, which will feature plenty of entertainment, attractions and good food for 21 days.
The fair will be open to the public until April 9, at its usual location.
Eduardo Cora, president of the fair, advises on dishes to try.
This year there are 18 new dishes and some of them with lots of Miami flavor.
Over 80 acres of land provide plenty of room for fun, which includes more than thrill rides.
In its more than 70 editions, the fair has raised more than $11 million for scholarships to Miami Dade.
From Monday to Friday, it opens at 4 o’clock in the afternoon. Weekend, noon.
