Youssef En Nesyri was applauded with his brilliant finish after 46 minutes in the first half. After receiving an assist from the right of Jesús Navas, the striker placed it to the left post and below. Impossible for the goalkeeper!

PSV almost scored in the 79th minute of the second leg, but Joey Veerman’s shot hit one of the posts.

Lucas Ocampos performed well. The Sevilla striker shone by scoring 1 goal.

Another player who had a very good game is Youssef En Nesyri. The Sevilla striker shone by scoring 1 goal and giving 2 kicks.

The game was contested, but there were more infractions than creating fair play. There were 2 warned: Nemanja Gudelj and Erik Lamela.

Sevilla manager Jorge Sampaoli presented a tactical 5-4-1 setup with Yassine Bounou in goal; Jesús Navas, Tanguy Nianzou, Loic Bade, Nemanja Gudelj and Marcos Acuña on the defensive line; Oliver Torres, Ivan Rakitic, Jordán and Bryan Gil in the middle; and Youssef En Nesyri in attack.

Meanwhile, Ruud Van Nistelrooy’s side came out with a 4-3-3 tactical arrangement with Walter Benítez under the three sticks; Jordan Teze, André Ramalho, Jarrad Branthwaite and Patrick Van Aanholt in defence; Guus Til, Ibrahim Sangaré and Joey Veerman in midfield; and Ismael Saibari, Luuk de Jong and Xavi Simons up front.
