DETROIT (AP) — Pascal Siakam had 29 points and eight rebounds for the Toronto Raptors in their fourth victory in a 95-91 win over the Detroit Pistons on Saturday.

Gary Trent Jr. had 19 points and Scottie Barnes added 12, all in the second half, as the Toronto Raptors earned their seventh win in eight games. Precious Achiuwa collected 10 points as a substitute.

Detroit’s Marvin Bagley III had a season-high 21 points and 18 boards in his first meeting since breaking his right hand Jan. 2.

Both teams scored 22 points in the first and second quarters, but the Raptors finished the third quarter on a 9-1 run to lead 71-70. Toronto extended the lead to eight points, but the Pistons responded with a similar run to tie again.

On Trent’s 3-pointer with 2:38 left, the Raptors took an 89-86 lead. Ivey had two free throws in the final minute and Detroit shot within a point.

Bagley missed a shot on the line and Detroit would have taken the lead before Siakam made two free throws with 11 seconds left.

Bagley made one of two free throw attempts with 4.1 seconds left and Siakam confirmed the win with two more free throws.
