Thousands of Mexicans and tourists in general gather each year in certain tourist destinations to recharge their batteries during the Spring Equinoxa universal phenomenon that occurs all over the world, although the only thing that will change is the weather in each country or nation in which it occurs.

According to specialists, during the spring equinox the durations of day and night have an equal value, that is to say approximately 12 hours. This year, the equinox will be on Monday March 20the date when one of the four seasons of the year begins: spring and when the Sun crosses the equator in a northerly direction.

In Mexico it is believed that during this day more energy is charged, therefore people move to specific places for this. However, scientists assure that the solar energy is the same as that recorded at any time of the year.

In our country there are two characteristic destinations to receive the equinox which are The Pyramid of the Sun at Teotihuacán and Chichén Itzá the most famous complex of ruins located in Yucatan, where from the early hours of the day people gather to supposedly recharge their energy.
