In recent days, the crime of Zalazar has reignited the debate on the implementation of Tasers in the police, a measure that has received the support of the Minister of Security of Buenos Aires, Sergio Berni, the chief of staff of Buenos Aires, Felipe Miguel, and the Minister of Justice and Security of the City -currently on leave-, Marcelo D’Alessandro.

“The Taser Talk yes or no it’s totally sterilein the world there is no more discussion, here in Argentina the debate opens when a misfortune like that of Tuesday occurs, ”said Berni about what happened at the Retiro station on the line C from the metro.

For his part, D’Alessandro said: “How many tragedies are we going to have to regret because of this ridiculous whim? How far will this irresponsibility go to want to fuck up the life of Buenos Aires because they do not vote for the jets? What are they going to invent now? Non-lethal weapons are a key tool for taking care of people, most countries in the world use them. Political pettiness cannot be more important than people’s lives. Much strength to Maribel’s family. We are at your disposal”.
