Toluca FC beat Mazatlan 4-1

In date 11 of the Mexico – Liga MX – Clausura 2023 tournament, the Red Devils left Mazatlán without a chance this Sunday by winning 4 to 1. The goals of the match for the local were scored by Carlos González (24′ 1T) , Edgar Lopez (49′ 1T), Maximiliano Araujo (3′ 2T) and Camilo Da Silva (37′ 2T). While the away goal was scored by Nicolás Benedetti (37′ 1T).

The highlight of the game was Nicolás Benedetti’s goal in the 37th minute of the first half. After receiving an assist in the semi-circle from Ake Loba, the striker screened the ball into the right post with a hard shot, which went deep into the opposite goal.
