US Secretary of State Antony Blinken estimates that some 200,000 Russians have died in Ukraine since the invasion began nearly a year ago.

Similarly, the head of American diplomacy believes that, since February 24, more than a million Russians have left their country “because they don’t want to be part of this war”.

Moreover, Blinken said the day must come when Putin will be called to account for what he has done. “There must be a day when Putin will be called upon to answer.
