As he told her Andrea Novoa in Leamos, in his book he deepens this idea that the soul has a project before choosing a life and as soon as it appropriates a body, it already knows what it will have to do to live it. The author also seeks, supported by the experiences of five other channelers, to gather sources and information around the messages that angels, light beings and souls have for people.

Many of the stories told in the book are based on Novoa’s encounters with his patients, people whose lives he was able to change after teaching them to connect with the depths of their minds.
