MIAMI (AP) — Julius Randle had 43 points, the last with a go-ahead 3-pointer with 1.7 seconds left, and the New York Knicks extended their winning streak to eight games on Friday with one win in 122 games . Heat.

Randle was 16 of 25 from the field, including 8 of 13 from 3-point range. Jalen Bruson scored 25 points, Immanuel Quickley added 21 and RJ Barrett scored 17 for New York.

Jimmy Butler finished with 33 points and Tyler Herro added 29 for Miami, including a layup that gave the Heat a one-point lead with 23.1 seconds left.

But Randle responded with what became the game-winning shot in a momentary fumble, handing Miami its sixth loss in seven games.

The Heat had one last possession of the ball, but lost it on the pass to restart play and didn’t get a chance to get a final shot.

Bam Adebayo scored 18 points and Caleb Martin added 14 for Miami.
