PHOENIX (AP) — Harrison Barnes scored 19 points, De’Aaron Fox and Malik Monk each assisted with 18, and the Sacramento Kings split the effort to beat the Phoenix Suns 128-119 on Saturday.

The result snapped Phoenix’s four-game winning streak. The Kings placed three and a half games ahead of the Suns, in the fight for third place in the Western Conference, before the playoffs.

The Kings finished the game on a 13-4 streak. Seven Sacramento players scored at least 12 points. Domantas Sabonis had 17 and led his team in rebounding with eight.

The Suns have played their second straight game without new acquisition Kevin Durant. The star suffered an ankle injury during the warm-up ahead of Wednesday’s match.

The club reported that Durant had sprained his left ankle and would be reassessed in three weeks.

Devin Booker scored 28 points for Phoenix. Deandre Ayton had 22, along with 12 rebounds, and Chris Paul had 16 points and 16 assists.
