Usually, the national ministers are invited to participate in the Assembly with the aim of exposing and dealing with the projects and problems of their region in the Norte Grande and to listen to the governors in their concerns and needs.

This time there will be an evaluation of the Norte Grande campaign on the Atlantic coast that has lasted throughout the summer season and will propose a proposal for activities to make the region visible in 2023. Among other topics, monitoring the request for a technical mission to Brazil, transport, energy and bio-ocean corridor issues, gas subsidy segmentation and Decree 814.

Likewise, the Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation, Daniel Filmus, will present “The impact of the federalization of science in the Argentine High North: an integrated development strategy”.

On behalf of the Ministry of Culture, Lucrecia Cardoso, development secretary for this portfolio, will be present. Victoria Tolosa Paz, for her part, plans to hold a parallel meeting with the 10 ministers of her area, within the framework of the Federal Council for Social Development (CODEFESO).

Other points that will be discussed will be the project to create a media network and a regional communication plan for Norte Grande Argentino, which will allow the federalization of content consumed in the region.

Among other participations, the presentation of the Argentine Agro-Industrial Chamber and UNINOA and the Argentine Chamber of Medium Enterprises (CAME) is expected.
