“The flying cat”, the drug trafficker who tried to escape from the PNP through the roofs of houses

A work done by the Urban Operational Tactical Intelligence Unit of the National Police, better known as Terna Group of the Peruvian National Police (PNP) He managed to find Rusbel Mayhualla Sánchez (25), alias ‘The Flying Cat’, a criminal who sold drugs and who also had a long criminal record.
