At the end of the first 45, Guatemala beat Jamaica 1-0 thanks to a goal by Selvin Sagastume (31′ 1T).

Jamaica and Guatemala play their ticket to the quarter-finals of the 2023 CONCACAF Under-17 Championship tournament today.

The appointed referee for the match was Filiberto Martínez Calix.
