The Edomex Public Prosecutor’s Office has granted protective measures to a woman attacked in Naucalpan and will continue the investigations

On Tuesday night, the arrest of a man has been reported 47 years old, unofficially identified as Juan Manuel “N”who allegedly assaulted and assaulted a woman in the commune of Naucalpan on March 11 and whose attack was recorded by several security cameras.

In this regard, the Attorney General of the State of Mexico (SLEEP) announced via an information card that progress is being made in the investigations into the events that took place in the neighborhood Channel I captured by a camera in the area and the images disseminated in the media and social networks.

Among the actions carried out in the case, according to the authorities of the Mexican State, protective measures were ordered for the victim in order to guarantee his safety.

In addition, they announced that they carried out investigative acts such as pursuit of the place where the events occurred, as well as the inspection and pursuit white vehicle type Urvanwhich was found by elements of the municipal police of Naucalpan, abandoned in the area.

Interviews were also conducted with three people, two men and one woman (Mark, Ignatius e Irene) who were arrested for their probable involvement in the events, however, after questioning, their involvement in the March 11 attack was ruled out.

For the conduct of these investigations, the research institution assured that it had the support and collaboration of elements of the Municipal Directorate of Public Security of Naucalpan.

Finally, they promised to continue to integrate the investigation into the case and the investigative acts in order to fully identify those who participated in the events and to bring criminal charges against them. It should be noted that They did not reveal the identity of the detainee. nor have they released more information about their arrest.

In the videos where the attack was recorded, we can see a man in a white shirt, beardless and with a robust complexion, who after following a woman, he threw himself on herholding her and then physically assaulting her in bushes as several vehicles and people passed within a short distance of them.

It is believed that the man acted in complicity with the driver of a truck which was on the side of the sidewalk opposite. In another of the videos from a security camera, the woman, now freed from her attacker, He confronts him as he attempts to board the white Urvan van. Finally, after climbing into the passenger seat, they escaped from the scene.

“I place you perfectly and so do you. I place them both. I locate your plates. They want to do something to me. They want to rape me”yells the 24-year-old young woman threatened to be run over by the driver of the vehicle.

Initial reports indicated that the subject, who was not identified by the prosecution, voluntarily appeared before the Ministerial and Municipal Police of Naucalpanwho arrested him and transferred him to the public prosecutor to carry out the necessary investigations.

Similarly, as mentioned above, three people were arrested during the first acts of the investigation: Marco “N”, Ignacio “N” and Irene “N”, aged 39, 56 and 24 years old. They were inside the vehicle.

They were presented before the prosecution and an investigation file was opened to find out their link to the case, but they were released after it was verified that they had no link with the attackers.
