PHOENIX (AP) — Devin Booker had 32 points and Deandre Ayton had 29 and 11 rebounds as the Phoenix Suns, watched from the bench by new acquisition Kevin Durant, beat the Phoenix Kings 120-109 on Tuesday night.

It was Phoenix’s first game since ending a trade with Brooklyn for Durant, who is recovering from a sprained right knee and hasn’t played since Jan. 12.

Durant was introduced on a third-period break and the crowd rose to a standing ovation. He is expected to appear after this weekend’s All-Star break.

Booker was 13 of 20 from the field and hasn’t attempted a 3-pointer in 29 minutes. Chris Paul has dished out a season-high 29 assists and scored 17 points for the Suns, who have won 11 of their last 14 games. Josh Okogie scored 19 points and had a team-high three 3-pointers.

De’Aaron Fox led the Kings with 35 points after his 36-point performance in a win over Dallas on Saturday.
