JJ Urquiza defeated Sp. Italiano 1-0 at home, in a game for the 8th date of the Argentinian tournament – Primera C Championship Season 2023. The local scored the only goal of the game 5 minutes after the start of the second half , by Anthony Alonso.

Referee Guido Mascheroni was in charge of supervising the match at the Ramón Roque Martín stadium.

The following day, JJ Urquiza will face Deportivo Español as visitors, while Sp. Italiano will play at home against Central Córdoba (R).

With this result, the host of the match reached 13 points and took sixth place. For its part, the visiting team remains at 11 units and occupies eighth place in the tournament.
