He Tributary administration service (SAT) announced an extension that it announced this morning regarding the presentation of the Information Statement of Transactions to Third Parties (I SAY), as he announced that additional time will be granted to complete the process, since the platform enabled for this is being rehabilitated.

According to the SAT, these activities are presented by natural or legal persons (companies) who must declare to the tax authorities the transactions carried out with their suppliers for income tax. (IVA).

That is, they must inform the Treasury of their obligations related to payments, deductions, accreditations and the transfer of VAT on executed transactions with its suppliers in the country.

In this sense, the SAT has indicated that it has granted an extension of a few more days for the presentation of said informative statements, due to the maintenance of the application where they are usually presented, which will be ready from March 2.

-Multiple Informative Statement.

– Transactions with third parties.

-Considerations or donations received greater than 100,000 pesos.

-Informative declarations of uses for the handling, storage and custody of foreign trade goods.

– Informative feedback from the IEPS.

In this way, the Treasury has announced that taxpayers who have not completed the process of reporting any of the above, payment of their contributions or have made them but have obtained an acknowledgment of rejection, they will be able do it once reception service restored corresponding to the latest March 15 of this year.

The SAT clarified that, in the event of being a natural or legal person who pays taxes in the simplified trust regime; or natural person receiving income from commercial, professional and/or rental activities, whose total income for the immediately preceding year did not exceed 4 million pesos or started activities during the financial year and believes that their income will not exceed the amount indicated, then they will be exempted from complying with the presentation of the Information on Transactions with Third Parties (DIOT) referred to in Article 32, section VIII of the VAT Act.

In the meantime, natural persons must present their annual statement taxes for fiscal year 2022 throughout the year April, as observed in the official SAT pages.

The statement may include general information about your income, authorized and personal deductions, deductions and interim payments. This is an annual procedure that you can exercise through the special SAT platform at the following link. Here

To do this, you are required to have your RFC, password and fill in the data in the format provided by the system. Finally, you must sign the declaration, send it and keep the acknowledgment of receipt. People who choose to pay in installments will get formats with the capture lines and the amount to pay for each one. Taxpayers also have the possibility of accessing a favorable balance in the event of presentation of personal deductions which justify it.
