The President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, sent a Christmas and New Year greeting this Thursday to several foreign heads of State and Government, including the President of the Argentine Republic, Alberto Fernández.
In his message to Fernández, Putin stressed that the year that is ending confirmed the solidity of the comprehensive strategic partnership between Russia and Argentina, with special emphasis on cooperation between the two countries in the fight against the covid-19 pandemic, which has given very tangible positive results. The president is confident that their joint efforts will continue to build constructive bilateral cooperation in various fields, as well as coordinating efforts to counter modern threats and challenges.
