Problems in the payment of taxes by Bogotanos: the Ministry of Finance would sanction the administrator of the BogData platform

The Treasury portfolio specifies that this contract ended on September 30, 2022, “and since October 2022, with the audit follow-up, the Authorization processwhere the contracted services and products have been reviewed to have a balance between what has been delivered, what is pending and the quality of the deliverables”, specified the entity.

Likewise, he indicated that, sheltered under the Law 80 of 1993the secretariat has always respected the contractual due process around the termination of the contract of BogData“and is within the terms to exercise the most expedient legal actions for the interests of the District.”
