The opposition has denounced that the impeachment process is “irregular and illegitimate”
The Juntos por el Cambio interbloc presented a project in which it listed irregularities in the impeachment process against members of the Supreme Court.
“In view of the serious irregularities detailed, we consider that the process in these terms of the dismissal of all the Ministers of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation is illegitimate, arbitrary and illegal and, therefore, it is null and void. extremes targeted”, indicates the text.
The opposition will not stop participating in the commission, but it will do so “in a different way”. Details will be reported at a press conference after the opening of the meeting.
