Morgan had the opportunity to meet Meghan, first via Twitter and later in person, prior to her engagement to Harry, and has gone from singing her praises in public to criticizing her for ‘cutting out of her life’ certain people – including himself – after becoming ‘royal’.

By the last minute of this Tuesday, more than 41 thousand complaints had already been submitted to the ITV network, which broadcasts Good Morning Britain, for the behavior of Piers Morgan before the cameras and among them was one presented on behalf of the Duchess of Sussex herself.

Just a few hours later, ITV announced that the presenter had decided that it was time to leave the morning and it is rumored that he would have made this decision after asking him to apologize on the air. However, on his Twitter account he has insisted that he stands firm in his criticism of Meghan adding who, after thinking about it a lot, continues to think the same thing.

“Freedom of expression is a hill on which I am delighted to die. Thank you for all the love and hatred,” he expressed on his Twitter account to make it clear that he accepts the consequences of his words.
