Head of nato Jens Stoltenberg requested this Saturday, in the Munich Security Conference”give Ukraine what it needs to win” the war started after the invasion of this country by Russia almost a year ago.

More than 150 government officials attend this annual conference devoted to international security issues, including Chinese diplomat Wang Yi, visiting Moscow after a European tour.
