Minister of Labor calls on Sunafil chief to resign over alleged sexual harassment

According to the complaint, the events took place at the same headquarters of the Ministry of Labour. Since September 2021, the plaintiff had been working on the fifth floor, in the office of the then Deputy Minister, Edilberto Jaime Ríos, who took on Víctor Loyola as an adviser in November 2021.

In June 2022, Loyola was promoted to head Sunafil, with an assigned office on the second floor of the same building.
