Telegram or WhatsApp: Which app the millionaire Ricardo Salinas Pliego prefers

Behind the global crash that affected WhatsApp this Friday, March 19, some users of social networks renewed the discussion about which messaging app is better. They were joined by the Mexican millionaire Ricardo Salinas Pliego, who declared which one he prefers.
