During her presentation as a standard-bearer for the “Va por Baja California” alliance, to be a candidate for governor of said entity in the next elections on June 6, the former Miss Universe argued that for more than three decades she has built a career as an entrepreneur.

“I have had to be in decision-making positions. I consider myself a person who has tried to build a development and growth platform for women in Mexico, with a comprehensive preparation, with international projection, and that is my vision of things that everything can be achieved,” she said.
She added that it is good that he does not have the mornings of someone who has held public office because he can innovate and propose, “because clearly things are not working.”
During her presentation, Jones pointed out that she accepted the candidacy for governor because she knows how abandoned the state’s population feels.
Jones recalled that several political parties had already sought her on other occasions to propose a deputation, but she always refused.
Nevertheless, she indicated that she accepted the candidacy for governor because she knows how abandoned the population of Baja California feels in terms of basic satisfactions and public services.
