The Nobel Prize for Literature Mario Vargas Llosa attended the religious wedding of his granddaughter Josefina Vargas Llosa this Saturday, March 4. The Peruvian writer returned to Peru to attend the wedding of his eldest son’s daughter, Gonzalo Vargas Llosa. Moreover, he was with his ex-wife Patricia Llosa and the rest of his family.

The ceremony took place early in the morning at the Basilica of San Pedro del Cercado in Lima, where some of the media and family faithful arrived to capture the best moments of this important event, as well as the arrival at the church of the former presidential candidate

According to information broadcast by TV Peru, Mario Vargas Llosa He arrived at the scene amid the uproar of the public in the surrounding area. Likewise, the ceremony lasted an hour and a half and in images we can see that Josephine Vargas he walked a few minutes in the streets before entering the church.

The bride wore the classic white dress with a floor veil. Mario Vargas Llosa opted for an elegant black suit. Patricia Llosa decided to attend with a light blue suit with applications on the neck and a black bag.
