Lucio Dupuy was assassinated on November 26, 2021 at the house on Allan Kardec Street at 2300 Santa Rosa, where he lived with his mother and the woman’s partner at the time.

He assured that there was been the victim of “recent and long-standing” sexual abuse, at the same time that he presented ‘a violent blow which affected the hip, the buttocks and the leg, with a date of 7 to 8 days’”.
“There was a specific attack that caused his death,” according to the autopsy presented in the file. In addition to the signs of abuse, he had burns and bite marks.
Before his death at Evita Hospital in Santa RosaLucio had received medical assistance at least five times in three months due to trauma at various health centers. Doctors who saw his injuries reported nothing. Neither did his kindergarten. The family judge Ana Clara Perez Ballester he had decided that Lucio should live with his murderers, without carrying out a socio-environmental study, after Lucio’s paternal aunt relinquished her possession.
