From March 22 to 27, the 62nd edition of Cartagena de Indias International Film Festival (Ficci) with a program of films, academic activities and activities related to the film industry that will make La Heroica the meeting point for film lovers, agents of the cultural sector and the audiovisual industry in Colombia and abroad .

The presence of Spanish cinema has always been welcome at Ficci, and in 2023 it will present two possibilities where the past and the present are celebrated. On the one hand, there will be four Iberian films about women directed by women in the cycle “Cinema of Spain, Women”.
With the support of the Spanish Embassy in Colombia, the Spanish Cooperation Training Center and the Program for the Internationalization of Spanish Culture (PICE). Ficci presents four very different stories where women have a main role in front of and behind the cameras.
