DENVER (AP) — Nikola Jokic had 40 points, 17 rebounds and 10 assists to lead the Denver Nuggets to a 134-124 overtime win over the Los Angeles Clippers on Sunday in a clash between title contenders Western Conference.

Paul George nearly won the Clippers game with an incredible shot in late regulation, but his long shot from in front of the backcourt 3-point line landed just after the final buzzer.

It was Jokic’s 23rd triple-double of the season and his 14th in the last 19 games. Denver is undefeated this season in games where it has recorded a triple-double.

Michael Porter Jr. had 29 points and 11 rebounds for the Nuggets. Jamal Murray added 21 points and had 12 assists.

Kawhi Leonard had 33 points for the Clippers and George scored 23.
