2/3 cup of vinegar (of any type)

1 teaspoon of salt

2 to 4 teaspoons of sugar

In a small skillet, hot vinegar, water, salt and sugar until to mix together simmer. stir until the salt and sugar are dissolved, then to withdraw of fire.
