This can only be requested by HEIs and HEIs with current authorization issued by Minedu; with an official letter signed by the Director General of the IES and/or EES, addressed to the Treasury indicating the exact number of cards requested.

– Sworn statement signed by the Director General (declaring that the information submitted is true and that student data is recorded according to the registers of RENIEC, DAYSfull names)

– The high school student card is issued by the Minedu and the university student is issued by Sunedu.
