And he added that the Colombian cyclist, “has appealed to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) against the UCI’s decision, in accordance with the provisions of the UCI Medical Regulations. On November 3, 2022, the CAS issued its decision confirming the validity of the ban on tramadol and the sanction pronounced by the UCI”. For this reason, the Union Cycliste Internationale has decided not to carry out, “No more comments on this.”
