a federal judge issued a trial order against the former director of Petróleos Mexicanos (Pemex), Emilio Lozoya Austin, for the Odebrecht case. It will be a trial court which, in the coming days, will announce the date on which the trial will begin.

According to what has been announced, the Attorney General of the Republic (FGR) asked for 46 years in prison for the former official, in addition to appealing that certain evidence against the former member of the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI) whom they considered “key” to the process was rejected.
