Cyclone Yaku LIVE: Hundreds of victims, flooded streets, overflowing rivers and the despair of the people of northern Peru

Due to Cyclone Yaku and torrential rains, the activation of ravines in the low and high mountains is expected. Water will accumulate on the main roads of the capital.

The meteorological institution pointed out that the capital of Peru is not a city where heavy rainfall occurs and that the houses do not have the right infrastructure for such weather phenomena.
