On Friday afternoon, residents of the Kennedy neighborhood, in Bogotá, found the decapitated head of a person, presumably a woman, which was wrapped in a plastic bag, near the garbage cans of the Alfonso López Pumarejo school.
The fact was made known by inhabitants of the area, who recorded and photographed the shocking discovery and reported it through social networks. Once published on the web, both the recording and the photos taken went viral.
“I am outraged, worried and scared. This just happened at my daughter’s school. I am very concerned. If this is happening. OMG.” Wrote on Facebook one of the citizens who made the finding known.
Sources confirmed to RCN Radio that the head found near the López Pumarejo school is indeed that of a young woman.
The station announced that the Technical Investigation Corps (CTI) of the Bogotá Sectional Prosecutor’s Office has already carried out investigations in the area, which is why they are carrying out investigations to clarify the identity of the woman, how she was beheaded who attempted against her life.
It was known that the authorities continue to evaluate the place to establish whether the rest of the members of the corpse are near the place.
The case of the beheaded woman in Kennedy is not the only one that has been reported this year. On March 26, the authorities reported the discovery of a dismembered body in a vacant lot in the Loma Linda neighborhood in the Altos de Cazucá sector, between the limits of the town of Ciudad Bolívar and the municipality of Soacha.
“At 9 o’clock at night, a call to the line of the National Police, manifested that in a pipe there are three bags that, apparently, contain meat,” detailed at that time in an interview with the newspaper El Tiempo, the commander of the Special District of the Soacha Police, Colonel Luis Bermúdez.
The Soacha Police Commander added to the media that, after five hours of technical inspection, the investigators were able to establish that the contents of the bags were that of a dismembered body.
In this regard, the commander of the Police of the department of Cundinamarca, Colonel César Oviedo Castro Guerrero, in dialogue with Alert Bogotá specified that the body found belonged to a young man around 25 years old, who according to investigations, was distributing drugs in the area.
Therefore, apparently behind her murder would be a gang of jíbaros that disputed the sale of hallucinogens in the place.
At that time, the authorities also indicated that they were carrying out the corresponding investigations to clarify the death of the young man, and thus be able to find the whereabouts of the alleged murderers.
The community, for its part, asked the Police to be present in the place, as it was not the first time that a similar case had been reported in the area.
It should be remembered that in October 2020, the community leader of Ciudad Bolívar, Wilder Andrey Téllez, reported to the authorities who had found a dismembered body in the Cerro Seco park, located in the Arborizadora Alta sector.
